We are looking for a Call Center Representative with good phone and verbal communication skills in English along with active listening.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Follow communication scripts.
• 2. Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
• 3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment.
• 4. Identify customer needs, clarify information.
• 5. Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.

Employment Status

Full Time.

Educational Requirements

• Qualification: SSC/HSC (Both Bangla/English Medium Background) O/A Level.
• Running Bachelor students/ Fresh Graduate.
• Skills Required: English, International Call Center, Organized and Disciplined, Salesman, Team player, Telemarketing.

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Marketing, Tele Marketing.
• BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 27 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Job Location

Salary

Tk. 17000 - 35000 (Monthly)
