We are looking for a Call Center Representative with good phone and verbal communication skills in English along with active listening.

Job Responsibilities
- 1. Follow communication scripts.
- 2. Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
- 3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment.
- 4. Identify customer needs, clarify information.
- 5. Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.

Full Time.
Educational Requirements
- Qualification: SSC/HSC (Both Bangla/English Medium Background) O/A Level.
- Running Bachelor students/ Fresh Graduate.
- Skills Required: English, International Call Center, Organized and Disciplined, Salesman, Team player, Telemarketing.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Marketing, Tele Marketing.
- BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 27 years.
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Salary
Tk. 17000 - 35000 (Monthly)
